OT Security Engineer

Secure industrial and operational technology across global manufacturing environments, from architecture to incident response.

• Implement and manage cybersecurity controls across operational technology environments.
• Review site architecture, configurations and physical-security conditions.
• Support network segmentation, firewall governance and secure connectivity between enterprise and manufacturing systems.
• Guide teams working with ICS, SCADA, DCS and related industrial platforms.
• Contribute to OT security architecture, risk mitigation and incident response.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or a related field.
• At least five years of OT/ICS cybersecurity experience.
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls, segmentation, VPNs and policy management.
• Knowledge of industrial protocols and frameworks such as IEC 62443, ISO 27001 or NIST SP 800-82.
• Strong stakeholder communication and willingness to travel.

• A salary range of 937,200–1,874,400 Kč gross per year, depending on qualifications.
