Co budete dělat
- Source and qualify leads across our target sectors (residential, commercial, and industrial real estate)
- Cold outreach to open conversations with potential customers - phone and email
- Book meetings and run product demos, online and in person
- Travel to meet customers when a deal needs a face in the room
- Work closely with the founders on messaging, positioning, and closing
Co od vás očekáváme
- Self-starter, self-motivated, persistent
- Comfortable on the phone and running presentations with executives/directors/VPs/senior managers
- Fluent English, written and spoken — non-negotiable
- Czech is a plus. Polish, Spanish, French, or German are a strong plus on top of that
- Some experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing work
- Not afraid of rejection
- Based in Prague, willing to travel occasionally

Co nabízíme
- Full time job 9:30–18:00, the office is at Zizkov, home-office is possible
- Competitive base salary + commission, depending on experience
- Direct access to leadership — you'll work with the founders daily
