Customer Care Associate – German or Italian

Coordinate the customer journey from onboarding through orders and post-sales support across sales, supply chain, operations and finance.

• Act as the main link between customers and Sales, Supply Chain, Operations and Finance.
• Manage enquiries and cases in Salesforce and follow them through agreed milestones.
• Maintain customer, pricing and product data in ERP systems.
• Process orders and quotations and support e-commerce account onboarding.
• Handle complaints, returns and other post-sales activities.

• University degree in business or a related field.
• At least five years of customer-relationship or customer-operations experience.
• Experience with quality-management systems and cross-functional coordination.
• Advanced English plus advanced German or Italian.
• Clear written and verbal communication with stakeholders at different levels.

• A published salary range of 534,914–1,066,620 Kč gross per year.
