AI Engineer

Build production AI services and agents for online grocery, internal automation and customer-facing experiences.

• Design, deploy and evaluate customer-facing AI agents, including text and voice experiences.
• Build autonomous workflows that can reason, plan and execute business processes with human oversight.
• Own the development lifecycle, including CI/CD, monitoring, observability and guardrails.
• Improve reliability and cost efficiency through model routing, caching and context optimisation.
• Work with Product, Data and Engineering teams to turn business needs into useful AI systems.

• 3–5 years of software-engineering experience and strong Python skills.
• Hands-on experience deploying production systems built with LLMs and AI agents.
• Experience with GCP, AWS or Azure plus Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD principles.
• Understanding of LLMOps, monitoring, evaluation and cost management.
• Pragmatic product thinking and clear communication with technical and non-technical colleagues.
